Another River Spa Day!

Come on then Daddy and Puppynap, let's get this done with then.

It took a lot longer today than usual, I was very tangled. I don't know why they don't get it, leave the feet and face alone.

Although David was kind enough to give me my bath afterwards...

...or so I thought!

Finally I can see the end in sight, the blow dry bit, just like when I hang out of the window when we are in the car.

All done now, just in time for my afternoon nap!

To Those You Love

Wow!

David made it all the way to the top of the dragon birdie water bar all by himself.

I was a very good girl and kept on saying go on you can do it, go it. Puppynap says you should always offer encouragement to those you love.

He must have been very thirsty by the time he made it to the top as he had a little drink even though it's special water for the birdies.

So come on David, my turn, pull me up!

Oh! Nadia Escaped Again!

Oh! Nadia escaped again. The man next door just knocked on the door and Puppynap went out to say hello.

When he was there the man said that Nadia was on his front lawn. Puppynap gasped, "How could she have got out there?" 

I dunno, let me check the front door!

Phew!

Phew! It's hot today...

...the sun is out and nar a cloud in sight.

I got my shade where I could find it, it's sparse today.

In the end I gave up trying to run away from the sun and settled on Puppynaps shorts.

Nadia Escaped!

Puppynap said come on River let's go and see where Nadia is. We went out in the garden and searched everywhere but we couldn't fine her then the lady next door called out and said did we have a little tortoise.

Puppynap went to the fence and had a chat, Nadia was over their playing in their garden, no wonder we couldn't find her. Nadia escaped!

Finally, I Find Five Minutes To Myself

I've been helping out in the garden today. Puppynap was doing something in the kitchen and Daddy was outside doing rubbing and spraying things to the bench.

It looks like hard work, I'll sit here and supervise.

Then David came and asked if I fancied a bit of a run around.

I declined his kind information, I've been working hard.

After a little sleep I went off to say hello to Nadia, she was asleep in her garden home, all nice and snuggly.

I thought I'd take her lead and have a little rest, but first I needed to check up on what Daddy was up to.

That's good, carry on!

Finally, I find five minutes to myself. What a day it's been.

The Land Of Cows

I saw Puppynap put on his shoes and when he went to the draw and got out my reigns, I knew it we were going out on an adventure.

It's a nice day Daddy can I have the window open please?

I could, I could!

Hanging out the window feeling the wind in my hair is one of my favourite things ever.

After a while we went very fast and Daddy said I needed to settle down...

...we were going into a magical tunnel and on the other side...

...was The Land of Cows! 

WOW! What a day out I had.

Well Don't Just Sit There

Well don't just sit there looking at me and smiling.

You have to squeeze her tummy to get her to make a noise.

And then you have to grab her arm...

I was just having a little sleep on Puppynap when he said come on River we're off out!

Brilliant! Where we going?

Ooh we're going to see monkeys in the jungle but then Puppynap said we were going to see a new Doctor and I was going to get a check up and some injections.

Then Daddy turned up and I was so excited I had a little wee wee on the carpet...

...and Puppynap and Daddy took me outside and laughed. Outside I had a little drink and met another little dog, but he didn't say much.

Then a lady called out my name and we went into a special room. She gave me a big check over and said my heart was perfect, I knew that. Then she gave me some injections, which was OK I'm a big girl when I get injections, then she said I had a very small thing called a hernia and Puppynap felt it and said he would know where to check but they said there was nothing to worry about.

Daddy then asked if it would be OK if I had babies and the Doctor said yes everything would be OK and then all looked relieved.

The Doctor then took me out the back to get my nail's clipped, but I was having none of that and in the end they brought me back to Daddy and Puppynap and said they couldn't do it today but they would give it a go in a couple of weeks when I come back for some more injections. We'll see about that!
