He's Made Lots Of Mistakes Today
I'm being such a good girl today helping Puppynap with all his work. What happens is I sit here inspecting things but when he makes a mistake I let him know by nudging him and making him give me a cuddle and a stroke.

What a day I've been having today.

It's wonderful sitting out here in the warm sun, watching all the butterflies flying around.
I wonder if I flap my ears enough whether I can fly like they do?

Oh no! Daddy has washed all my teddies because Puppynap got them covered in dust, when he was sanding down things.
The only trouble is, they've dried and they are still up there and I can't reach them...
...and I should know, I've worn myself out trying!

A Real Treat!
I was just waiting in the garden for Daddy to come back from the garage, he was having a new tire fitted, when Puppynap came out and went right up the back into the bushes with a little bowl.

Picking blackberries from the blackberry bush, especially for me.
Umm, I love blackberries, so sweet, a real treat!
Make It Up To Me
I don't like it when Puppynap takes Daddy to work in the mornings anymore.
David's out playing and I'm bored. There's nothing else to do but go back to bed until he comes in, then he'd better play with me lots to make it up to me!

Bit Of Luck I'm Here To Help
There was a knock on the door just as Puppynap got in the shower. He ran down the stairs, nearly falling over but by the time he got to the door the man had gone.
I let him know though that he'd left the package by the back gate, it was a great big box full of flowers. Wow flowers by post and I thought they grew out of the ground.
Still bit of luck I am here to help him and Daddy do the horticulture thing, I had a lesson on it last year.

I Played A Little Trick
I was just in the garden trying to keep cool, because it was a hot day, when all of a sudden Daddy jumped up and said he was going to do some gardening things.
I supervised!
And then all of a sudden I had an idea and ran off to see if Nadia wanted to help me, but she was happy having a sleep.
And then when I said to David he said it was too hot but he would stay there are watch me.
I went up to Puppynap when he was sunbathing and wagged my tail at his back. He brushed it but he didn't turn around, I then did it again and he did it again and then I did it a third time and he turned around and saw me and laughed. He said he thought it was a little fly buzzing him.
*Giggles*
That was my plan, I played a little trick on him.

A great big package arrived for Daddy when he was out at work and he was very excited when he came home.
I showed him where it was, I thought it must be something for me and it was. A great big box full of cardboard, all for me!

Sniff, Just Sniff
I've been a really clever girl.
I was asleep and when I woke up I realised Puppynap had disappeared. I was a little worried until I ran outside and saw that he was peering in bushes and lifting stones and things like that. Then I realised what he was doing, he was looking for Nadia.
Silly Puppynap, he still doesn't know how to look for her, you've got to sniff for her...
...and then you can find her really quickly. Come on Puppynap she's over here hidden in this bush. Sniff, just sniff then you can smell her!

Very Hard Work
All this looking after people is very hard work!
First of all I had to look after Puppynap and soon I'm going to have to look after Daddy who has had to go to the dentist to have some big tools put in his mouth but first I'm having to look after David who says he's feeling a little bit cold and he needs to have some River love to warm him up.
OK then! A nurses job is never done!

Don't They Know By Now?
Thank goodness when I woke up today Puppynap was here because yesterday morning when I woke up he wasn't he was gone and I didn't know where he was. Then Daddy was here and gone and here and gone all day leaving me here to look after David.
In the end right at the end of the day when it was dark Puppynap was back and I was so glad to see him I did jump backwards twirls and cuddled up with him and Daddy on the sofa with the duvet. He said he hadn't been very well and he had been in hospital but luckily he got well enough in the end to come home.
I'm going to sit on his legs all day today so he doesn't go anywhere I didn't like my Daddy and Puppynap not being here with me. Don't they know by now that when they aren't very well Nurse River is here to make them better?

I Fell Off The Window Ledge
The two little doggies around the corner that look just like me have just walked by to say hello to me. I said hello back to them very, VERY, loudly and Daddy and Puppynap laughed, especially when I got so excited I fell off the window ledge.
I'm going to wait right here until they come back, but this time I'm prepared, a pillow has been put on the floor to break my fall.
