The Lion, The Witch and The Squirrel

Puppynap said he wasn't in the mood for working this afternoon and as it was a sunny day it was perfect timing to get out into nature.

We wasn't in the car long before we stopped. I jumped out and ran ahead, I knew where we was, we was at the place where the lion lived.

All of a sudden a little bird and a squirrel appeared. The Squirrel buried something in the ground and then ran off...

...I followed, dragged Puppynap behind me.

We went right deep into the forest...

...and then up a big slippy hill. I was brilliant at climbing it, I even helped Puppynap get up.

I couldn't see the squirrel but I was sure I could smell him. I think he went this way.

Yes this way!

Through the tree gate...

...and then all of a sudden I discovered something amazing. Footprints in the mud.

They were horses footprints and I decided to see where there went.

Come on, this way.

I totally forgot we were looking for the squirrel until he appeared again.

And then he ran right up the tree. I considered climbing it to get to him but it was a little bit too steep for me.

So I decided it was time to get back in the forest and see what I could see. We went across a little bridge...

...and there in the distance we stumbled across a witches house, right in the middle of the forest.

I checked to make sure the witch wasn't around...

...and then went inside for a look.

There wasn't anything very interesting inside but when I came out all of a sudden there was green plants everywhere. It must be magic.

Because almost straight away I found a rabbit hole and dived straight in. Puppynap had to help me get back out, I nearly got stuck.

And then he said it was time to go home again.

Well if you think after all this exploring I've got energy to jump over this tree truck you are very much mistaken!

Moved Up A Notch

I may have moved positions but the lazing is as brilliant as ever, in fact, I think it's moved up a notch.

Ahhh, I love lazy Sundays, especially if I'm laying with my Daddy.

The Best Kind Of Days

I'm having a really lazy day today, yesterday wore me out. Still it doesn't matter, these sort of days are the best, comfy cushion, looking out of the window Daddy and Puppynap tending to my every need. Yes lazy days are the best kind of days!

We've Been To A Party

All of a sudden Puppynap went to the draw and got out my brush. He said I needed to get all ready and tidy as we were going to a party.

Daddy said I looked very pretty, even more pretty than normal. Thank you Daddy.

Come on then what we waiting for?

We went in the car for a little bit and I fell asleep. When I woke up it was dark and we was there. We went into Daddies friends house and there was a little baby there. We had a chat and a little play...

...and he showed me his book all about other little animals.

After a little while it was time for us all to go to the party around the corner. I've been there before and could remember the way.

Yes that's right it must be here I can hear all the music and people inside.

 Come on hurry up it's cold out tonight.

They've got a brilliant house...

There's lots of things inside and outside to investigate.

I even found some little dears to play with.

After we all had a chat and a dance we went outside by the warm fire and laughed a lot. I like coming to these kind of parties, thank you for inviting me, I'll be coming again! 

I'm Running Short

Brilliant, Puppynap has left the internet open on a shopping channel and said I could have anything I wanted but I don't need anything, I've got everything I could ever want with Daddy and David and Nadia and Puppynap.

Hang on a second I've just thought of something, don't close it down I'm running short of Snackeroo's!

We Did See

When I got up it was snowing. I was very excited and begged Puppynap to take me out to play in it but he said he had things to do but he would as soon as he could. Then it stopped snowing but he said we could go out and see if we could find some.

Finally he was ready.

Yippee!

We're out searching for the snow.

It wasn't snowing but we did see some little flies flying around in the bush.

And we did see some empty packets on the floor. I sniffed to see if there was any food left but there wasn't.

And we did see a bird up the tree. I think he was waiting for the snow too.

Then we did see a great big traffic jam and I smelt where another doggie had been.

And then we went around the shop and we did see a little cat on a bench, it looked so much like Lil' that I thought it was her for a minute.

We had a little smile at each other. I do miss Lil'

It was a brilliant adventure we we didn't see any snow.

Make Him

It's not fair! First of all I saw a squirrel playing on the fence and I called to him to come and play with me but he ran off. Then...

...I saw David and called to him to come and play with me but he wouldn't jump down and play with me either. He just sat on the wall looking at me.

It's not fair I only want someone to come and play chase with me.

Make him come and play me with. Please, we could have so much fun!

Well that didn't take long to get here. Now let me sniff, yes I think I remember this smell.

Yes can smell something familiar although I'm not a fan of lifts.

Brilliant, we've come to see Auntie Silver. I love Auntie Silver, she's got a lovely voice, kiss and very comfy lap!
