Today Is David's Birthday

Today is David's birthday, he's been here 8 years, we celebrate this day as David's birthday.

I went out for a walk as David wasn't around. When we got back he was all cuddled up...

...so I joined him for a sleep.

Until there was thunder then I ran to Puppynap for a cuddle. I don't like thunder.

Then it was time for a film after another sleep. Today is also Halloween's Day.

If it's scary it's time for a very deep sleep, there might also be fireworks so I best get my rest while I can.

It get dark so early these days, still at least I can still see the cars going by.

 Puppynap keeps on calling me a cheeky monkey I had to show him, this is a cheeky monkey, I’m a cheeky River!

Today I went to see a special person I’ve never met before. This person is a special Spa lady for dogs.

I had a cut and a bath and even better there were two other doggies there for me to play with all afternoon.

I like my new days out.

Pillows

 I’ve got Daddies pillow now, that’s both of their pillows they’ve now given me.

I like them ordering new ones I don’t have to fight to get on them now!

How Do We Get Passed This

 Well, now how do we get past this?

I Think I Could Get Used To This

 Ive been taking it easy today.

After going to the Doctors yesterday and having my injection I wasn’t sick and had loads for dinner.

Today I’m having a rest up, Puppynap s and daddy have been bringing food to my mouth on the sofa.

I think I could get used to this.

Hopefully That’s That All Done Now

I’ve not been very well for a couple of days so Puppynap said he was taking me to the doctors to get things checked out.

We was a little bit early so went for a walk up the road.

 

We saw an amazing tree.

Then it was time to go in. They gave me a check over and said they thought I might have an upset tummy and gave me an injection to make me stop feeling sick.

Hopefully that’s that all done now.

This Must Mean...

 Wow look at all the leaves. This must mean Autumn is here now.

Someone Professional May Be Doing It

 I’m pretending to be asleep so that I can listen to Daddy and Puppynap.

I heard them saying it was time for a River Spa Day and this time they say they someone professional may be doing it.

I’m not sure how I feel about that yet, I’d need to see if that’s what I want.

Even Thought It’s Autumn

 Even though it’s Autumn I’ve found a flower.

I stopped to have a long sniff.

And then saw the beautiful sun come up. It was a lovely adventure today.

I Can Smell Him

 I miss my Daddy when he goes out to work. Puppynap and David are here but when I want to feel closer to Daddy I go and sleep in his office. It’s nice and quiet in there and I can smell him.

I’m So Fed Up

 It’s rained all day and I’m so fed up.

I just want to go out to play.

On The Little Wall

I went out for a walk with Puppynap today it was lovely and sunny.

I decided I wanted to walk on the little wall. And I got up here all by myself.

I don’t know why I don’t do this more often, it was great fun.

Now I Wonder

 We’re all lovely and settled for the morning. Now I wonder what time Puppynap is coming down to give me a treat?

Any Minute

 It’s not very nice weather today.

I went out this morning for my walk but I’ve had to be in the rest of the day.

Puppynap said I could come out fir a few minutes as the rains stopped for a minute but I’m not sure. I’m staying close to the door in case it comes down again it looks like it will any minute!

I’m 8 Years Old

I really couldn’t believe it when I woke up.

I got big kisses from both my daddies they said today is my birthday and I’m 8 years old.

When we opened the door David was there waiting for me he said to come on we were about to have some fun!

After we had a bit of a play David went out and I had my early morning treat.

We couldnt go straight out as it was raining So it was time for my card.

Brilliant thank you.

I was then allowed into the garden but I didn’t stick around it was still raining.

Then I heard Puppynap calling me.

Coming!

A biscuit for breakfast. Wow it really is my birthday.

Then time to have my picture taken.

But it was still raining so me and Puppynap had a bit of a cuddle.

I fell asleep but was woken up by David coming in for a play.

It’s stopped raining! But Daddy wasn’t home  yet.

But then he was and we went out.

Then it started to rain again but as we were out and I’d waited all day we bravely carried on.

When we got home I was given my birthday present a lovely new jumper. Puppynap said I looked lovely and Daddy agreed.

I’ve had a brilliant birthday and it’s not over yet now it’s time to cuddle up.
